Beautiful Gypsum specimen with very airy display from Bou Bekker, Touissit, Morocco. Features yellow-orange base which strongly outlines the white Gypsum arches growing above, formed by curved, parallel crystals. This is so called “ram’s horn” Gypsum. They are thick and translucent with a sparkling luster. The crystals sit freely above the base and that gives very three dimensional 360 degree display. In excellent condition – some small contacts.
