Marvelous combo specimen of gem Spessartine Garnet crystals to 4mm and Smoky Quartz growing on a white Microcline base with Muscovite from Tongbei, Fujian Province, China. The Spessartine crystals are well shaped and gem with rich orange color. They have rhombic dodecahedral habit, strong luster and sparkle nicely. The Smoky Quartz crystals are highly lustrous, with very dark smoky-black color. Small Muscovite clusters are seen too. In excellent condition – some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
