Cool specimen of Garnet var. Andradite on Hedenbergite from Serifos Island, Greece. Rhombic dodecahedral Andradite crystals to 16mm are nested on a green Hedenbergite. The Garnets are with pleasant brown color, very well crystallized, with sharp edges and matt lustrous. In very good condition – back side contact. On acrylic base.
