High quality specimen of gem Sphalerite var. Cleiophane crystals up to 11mm sitting attractively on Quartz base from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. The Cleiophanes are transparent, gem and lustrous with olive-green-yellow color. They are well crystallized and the white Quartz base gives a strong contrast. Some small Galena crystals are seen too. In excellent condition – some small nicks.
