Elegant specimens of gemmy Spessartine Garnet crystals up to 3mm growing atop white base which underlines them strongly from Tongbei, Fujian Province, China. Smoky Quartz crystals are seen too. They are sharp and well definite, lustrous, transparent, and clear.  One dominant Quartz crystal forms an excellent focal point. The Spessartines are well formed and gemmy, with rich dark wine-red color. They have sharp trapezohedral habit. Inside the Quartz crystals are seen small inclusions of Spessartine. In very good condition – some small nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
