Pleasing and rare Pezzottaite crystal from the type locality Sakavalana mine, Madagascar. It is in 2003 identified as a new species of beryl named after Dr. Federico Pezzotta, Italy. The Pezzottaite crystal has bright pink color due to Cesium. The crystal has some gemminess and waxy luster. It is 5mm. In very good condition. On acrylic base.
