Fantastic rare Shigaite crystals decorating sparkling Rhodochrosite base from this famous locality - NChwaning I Mine, South Africa. The Shigaite is a very rare aluminum manganese sulfate and the finest specimens for the species come from this locality. It displays strongly sparkling fresh Rhodochrosite crystals with vivid pink color. Above grow two translucent up to 2.5mm Shigaite crystals. They are tabular and hexagonal with brick-red color.
