Cool specimen of Dioptase with Calcite from the famous locality of Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. It was found in 1988. The Dioptase crystals are well terminated, glassy-lustrous with intense emerald-green color and sharp. Some of them are doubly terminated. The quality is very good. The crystals are gemmy with marvelous neon green nuances. The white Calcite base gives a strong contrast. Some small nicks and outside edge contacts.
Wonderful!
