Pleasing specimen of gem Hessonite Garnets with Diopside and Clinochlore from Susa Valley, Torino Province, Italy. The Hessonite crystals up to 5mm are gem with rich wine-red color. They have sharp crystallization with strong luster and nicely reflect the light. Light green, almost colorless Diopside crystals form the base. Green Clinochlore rosettes are seen too. In good condition – some small nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
