Superb single 22mm crystal of gemmy Rhodochrosite from the famous Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. It is beautifully tinned with rich red-brown color and rhombohedral habit. Rhodochrosite is complete all over 360 degree and it has a perfect razor sharp shape with a strong luster. When properly lighted it is gemmy. For references see The Mineralogical Record, 21, 332-333.
