Pretty specimen of gemmy Hessonite Garnets with Diopside from Bellecombe, Aosta Valley, Italy. The Hessonite crystals are with rich orange-red-brown color. They have good crystallization with strong luster and nicely reflect the light. Gemmy Diopside crystals form the base making aesthetic accent. Crystallized on both sides. In very good condition – some small side contacts. On acrylic base.
