Gorgeous small jewel of Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian crystals with black Chromite inclusions from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The Grossular crystals are gem up to 1,5mm. They have rich grass-green color due to Chromium. They are with sharp rhombic dodecahedral crystallization, strong luster and irresistible color. Some small inclusions of black Chromite are seen too. Light green Diopside crystals grow on the base. Some red-brown coating adds nice contrast. Fine thumbnail from this closed mine. Displays all over 360 degree.
