Graceful specimen of bright, silvery metallic Spinel Law twin Galena with Quartz crystals from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. It displays sharp, well formed faces Galena twins with excellent brilliance and luster. The spinel twins are stepped plates, staggered one after another with like tooled tips. Elegant, isolated Quartz crystals give beautiful finish. On the back side the Quartz are partially covered by frosty orange-brown Calcite. One Quartz crystal on the back side is moving but it is well attached to the matrix. In very good condition – some small damages.
