Nice specimen of gemmy Hessonite Garnets with Clinochlore from Bellecombe, Aosta Valley, Italy. The Hessonite crystals have pleasing red-brown color. They have sharp rhombic-dodecahedral crystallization with good luster and nicely reflect the light. Some green Clinochlore rosettes are seen too. In very good condition – some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
