Nice specimen of gem Hessonite Garnets with Diopside from Bellecombe, Aosta Valley, Italy. The Hessonite crystals are gem with rich and saturated orange-red-brown color. They have good crystallization with strong luster and nicely reflect the light. One dominant gemmy Diopside crystal grows atop making aesthetic focal point. In good condition – some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
