Excellent cluster of superb Pyrite crystals from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. The brassy Pyrites are sharp crystals with very unusual elongated rhombohedral habit. The crystals are parallel and grow one atop another in an aesthetic cluster. Some of them show penetration twinning. They are strongly lustrous and light reflective with pleasing yellow color. Some small Quartz crystals are seen too. Displays all over 360 degree. In good condition – some contacts. On acrylic base.
