First grade quality specimen of Enargite crystals with colorful iridescent Chalcopyrite coating from Julcani Mine, Peru. The piece was mined around 1985. Some of the finest Enargites came from this locality and this is a choice specimen. The Enargite forms very sharp and perfect prismatic crystals with flat tips growing in a cluster. They are partially coated by Chalcopyrite with glittering purple and yellow which gives very colorful display and contrast. The colors are fresh and strong with very electric nuances. In very good condition – some small nicks.
