Sparkling jewel of gem Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian crystals with black Chromite inclusions from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The crystals are gem and clear up to 1mm. They have very deep and saturated emerald-green color due to Chromium. In some areas the Garnets are almost colorless. They are with rhombic dodecahedral crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. Some small inclusions of black Chromite are seen too. Cool thumbnail from this closed mine.
