Marvelous bi-color Vesuvianite crystals from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The well terminated crystals are gem. They have an amazing color variation from very saturated and rich purple at apple-green. The luster is very strong and the crystals are transparent and glassy. The colorfulness of the specimen is gorgeous. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. Some contacts. On acrylic base.
Beautiful!
