Excellent specimen of twinned Tetrahedrite with Chalcopyrite, Pyrite and Quartz from Cavnic Mine, Romania. The well isolated Tetrahedrites are tetrahedral crystals up to 16mm. They are black, strongly lustrous and light reflective. The most amazing aspect is the twining with geometrical perfection. The yellow Chalcopyrites are covered by sparkling micro Pyrite. Some small Quartz crystals are seen too. In excellent condition – some minor nicks.
