Fine and slightly gemmy Villiaumite cubic crystals. The Villiaumite is one of the rare mineral species for this famous locality - Mont Saint-Hilaire, Canada. It has nice carmine-red color and sharp, well-formed cubes. The piece appears to be darker red, but when backlit it can be seen an intense carmine-red color. Some contacts. On acrylic base.
