Unusual bi-color Beryl var. Aquamarine growing attractively on black Tourmaline var. Schorl from Erongo Mountain, Namibia. It comes from the collection of R and W Rossel, Berlin, Germany with a label. Freely intergrowing Aquamarine crystals to 17mm bulge in all directions. They are with gemmy tips and more cloudy at the lower part. The crystals are well shaped hexagons, lustrous and sharp. They are from colorless to sea blue caps. Very delicate and thin Tourmaline var. Schorl needles form the base. Airy display from many sides. Some nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
