Very attractive and uncommon Calcite stalactite with Gypsum coating from Dali Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China. Colorful flames like Calcite crystals form an elongated cluster. They have pointy tips. Many crystals are doubly terminated. The Calcite is covered by small and intensely orange colored Gypsum. Displays nicely from all sides. In excellent condition – some small nicks. On acrylic base.
