Beautiful specimen of rarer now red Quartz from Dalnegorsk, Russia. The crystals are well definite with elongated, pointy shape and good luster. They grow in an elegant and airy cluster. The color is pleasing red – very characteristic for this mine. Above is seen second generation of white Quartz crust. This gives strong contrast and nice display from all sides. Some very small sparkling yellow crystals of probably Pyrrhotite are seen too. Some contacts.
