Superb specimen of colorful and slightly gemmy Garnet var. Uvarovite from the type locality. Displays a base covered on both sides by Uvarovite in beautiful crystals up to 5mm big. Typically these Uvarovites are in micro size crystals and very densely grown but these ones are different – with good size and well isolated. They have some gemminess with good luster and vivid green color. Sharp rhombic dodecahedral crystals. Some contacts. On acrylic base.
