Outstanding and very rare combo specimen of gem Grossular Garnets with pinkish color associated with Wollastonite from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The Garnet crystals are glassy, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and pleasing light pink color. They have sharp rhombic dodecahedral crystal habit. White hair like Wollastonite grows above. The contrast is very tender for this remarkable specimen from the closed Jeffrey mine. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In superb condition.

Exceptional!
