Killer morphology for this Chalcopyrite, Sphalerite combo specimen. Black Sphalerite octahedron grows atop transparent Quartz base. Well isolated yellow Chalcopyrite epitaxial crystals decorate the Sphalerite making excellent formations of mutual intergrowth and penetration – really amazing. Beautiful display specimen with excellent focal point – very balanced and aesthetic. The bottom is sawed. In very good condition – some small nicks.
