Marvelous specimen of vivid red, flattened, tabular hexagonal crystals of Vanadinite attractively set on a base covered by black Mottramite or Manganese Oxides. The crystals have intense blood color with some orange nuances and great luster. They are gemmy. The specimen is very fresh and sparkling. Displays all over 360 degree. For references the issue of The Mineralogical Record - Vol. 44, No. 3 May - June 2013. In superb condition – some micro nicks. On acrylic base.
Gorgeous!
