Knappenwand is a world famous mineral locality for fine Epidote-Byssolite and this is an attractive Byssolite specimen. Very delicate clusters of dense, fibrous hair like Byssolite needles cover the base. Byssolite has rich dark green color and it is very sparkling. White Albite crystals add a nice accent.
