Top quality specimen for the locality of Garnet var. Grossular with green phantoms, from this less common Quebec mine - British Canadian mine, Canada. The crystals are gem and clear up to 6mm. The Grossular crystals are with rich green cores, which are result of Chromium, surrounded by transparent, colorless areas. Some zones display just colorless crystals. The crystals have rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible contrast.  It is very hard to find one of these – the mine is closed since long time.
