Excellent gemmy olive-green Diopside blades decorated by Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian crystals. The Diopside crystals are very well shaped with rich and saturated color. The quality is superb – very sparkling, lustrous and gemmy. Above grow Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian crystals to 2mm with green color result of Chromium. Some very small black Chromite inclusions are seen too. Fine grade quality Diopside from this great and closed mine.
