Colorful small Vesuvianite specimen. The Vesuvianite crystals are bi-color are gem with charming color variations from rich purple to apple-green. The colors are intense and the contrast is strong. With glassy luster and very well crystallized. Some crystals are doubly terminated. Displays all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good  condition – some small nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
