Outstanding crystal of super gem Grossular Garnet var. Tsavorite. Tsavorite is a very rare, green, chromium or vanadium variety of Grossular. It is 11mm, very vitreous, clear, transparent and gem quality with strong luster and pleasing bright green color. It has sharp rhombic dodecahedral  crystal habit with rhomboid shaped faces and pretty beveled edges. The clarity of the crystal is amazing. In excellent condition – some contacts at the bottom. On acrylic base.
