Gorgeous multicolor Vesuvianite specimen. The crystals have marvelous color variation from intense and saturated purple to very pleasing and rich honey-orange and red. The Vesuvianites are gemmy and glassy. Some crystals are doubly terminated. On the back side are seen Clinochlore crystals.  The luster, the colors and the quality are exceptional. That is among the best and more intense colors that the mine produced. Displays all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
