Extremely rare pink colored Grossular Garnet crystal of 9mm sitting beautifully on a base of Diopside and Wollastonite. The Garnet crystal is very well isolated, extremely glassy, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and rich pink color. Perfect rhombic dodecahedral crystal habit. It is on a white hair like Wollastonite. The base is formed by green Diopside crystals. The color is very tender and combined with the excellent gemminess and the strong contrast on the white background make it remarkable specimen from this closed mine.
