Killer small specimen of pristine rich yellow Anglesite crystals growing in a cluster on Galena from Touissit, Morocco. The mine produced some of the finest Anglesite specimens in the world and this is a cute piece. It displays prismatic crystals measuring up to 13mm in length. They are incredibly gem and glassy clear with superb striations on the faces. The terminations are perfect and razor sharp. The Anglesite has saturated and intense yellow color. All faces are highly lustrous and light reflective. The specimen has very aesthetic and beautiful display. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 6. Some nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
Gorgeous!
