Beautiful specimen of Garnet var. Andradite decorated by attractive Quartz crystals and Hedenbergite. The rhombic dodecahedral Andradite crystals to 13mm have pleasing red-brown color, very well crystallized, with sharp edges and matt lustrous. Gorgeous finish is the needle Quartz crystals growing above. Some are doubly terminated. Some green Hedenbergite grow on the back side. Complete all over 360 degree. In excellent condition – some small outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
