Beautiful and uncommon specimen of gemmy Garnet var. Uvarovite from the type locality. Displays Uvarovite crystals up to 2mm attractively surrounding white Calcite. The Uvarovite has deep intense grass-green color and sharp rhombic dodecahedral habit. They are very lustrous and sparkling, and contrast strongly around the white center. In very good condition – some small contacts. On acrylic base.
