Gorgeous combo specimen of gem Grossular Garnet crystals attractively decorated by green Diopside blades. The Grossular crystals are extremely transparent, gem quality with superb luster and pleasing orange color. They are up to 7mm big with sharp rhombic dodecahedral habit. The Diopside crystals are green, well crystallized, with an elegant shape. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In good condition - some nicks and contacts.
