Neat offbeat combo of gem Garnet var. Spessartine crystals growing on black Tourmaline var. Schorl with amazing skeletal structure. The Spessartines have perfect trapezohedral shape to 11mm big. They are sharp, lustrous, with tremendous deep wine red color. The crystals are vitreous and gem. The Schorl is well crystallized in cavernous and stepped skeletal structure. It has strong luster and nice striations. Complete all over. In good condition – some contacts.
