Beautiful specimen of Epidote crystals aesthetically decorating transparent Quartz from a new find in the French Alps. Very airy and three dimensional Epidote sprays grow in all directions on Quartz crystals. The Epidotes have rich and saturated  olive-green color, glassy luster and nice striations. They are strongly light reflective. The Quartz crystals are well terminated and from translucent to completely transparent and glassy. In the Quartz are seen Epidote inclusions. Displays nicely on 360 degree. In good condition - some contacts and nicks. On acrylic base
