Splendid small gem polychrome Tourmaline var. Rubellite of 16mm from Kenya. It comes from the collection of Maurizio Sprovieri, Italy with label. It is a single chunky Rubellite crystal with marvelous color variation from apple-green at the bottom, to tender raspberry in the middle and darker raspberry-red at the cap – very colorful and pleasing. The crystal is perfect, complete all over and very well shaped.  It is transparent and gem with very high luster. One side is covered by sparkling micro crystals. Beautiful display from all sides. In excellent condition – some micro nicks. On acrylic base.
