Beautiful old specimen of Celestine and Sulphur from La Grasta mine, Sicily, Italy. It displays lustrous from glassy to white and opaque sprays of blocky Celestine crystals up to 24mm. They grow attractively on colorful bright-yellow Sulphur base. Some Celestine crystals are completely transparent and water clear. The piece has very showy display and strong contrast. In very good condition – one small damage and outside edge contacts.
