Marvelous gem Garnet var. Grossular crystals up to 3mm with vivid green phantoms. The crystals are transparent and gem, with rich green cores, which are result of Chromium, surrounded by transparent colorless areas. They have rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. Clinochlore rosettes cover the base. For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
