Gorgeous orange colored Grossular Garnets attractively set on dark green Clinochlore. This is quite uncommon specimen from Jeffrey mine. The Grossular crystals are up to 8mm, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and rich color. Perfect rhombic dodecahedral crystal habit with rhomboid shape faces - classic for this locality. Clinochlore crystals well developed in rosette clusters. Some minor Diopside crystals are seen too. The high quality of the minerals gives perfect display with very strong contrast.
