Beautiful first grade quality Garnet var. Spessartine crystals. On white Albite base are nestled two Spessartine crystals to 11mm. The white background underlines them very well. The Spessartines have perfect trapezohedral shape, well formed and isolated. They are sharp, highly lustrous, with tremendous deep wine red color. The crystals are vitreous and gem. Some Muscovite is seen too. Displays attractively all over 360 degree. In excellent condition – some small nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
