Pleasing orange colored Grossular Garnets to 2mm attractively decorated by green Diopside. Grossular crystals are transparent, gem quality with superb luster and nice color. They grow on both sides of a thin plate. Trapezohedral habit with good crystallization. The Diopsides add a nice contrast.  For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
