Marvelous orange colored Grossular Garnets attractively set on green Clinochlore. This is quite uncommon specimen from Jeffrey mine. Grossular crystals are up to 6mm, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and pleasing color. Perfect rhombohedral crystal habit with rhomboid shape faces - classic for this locality. Clinochlore crystals well developed in rosette clusters with rich green color. Some Diopsides crystals grow vertically. The high quality of the minerals gives perfect display and strong contrast.
