Exceptional and extremely rare colorless Grossular Garnets crystals up to 8mm associated with Diopside. The Garnet crystals are very glassy, completely transparent, gem quality with superb luster and water clear. Perfect and razor sharp rhombic decahedral crystal habit. The Garnets have inclusions of light green Diopsides needles. The good crystal size, the amazing clarity and gemminess make it remarkable specimen from this closed mine. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.  In superb condition. On acrylic base.
