Tremendous rare pink colored Grossular Garnets up to 6mm beautifully set on small white Diopside needles. The Garnet crystals are very glassy, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and pleasing pink color. Perfect rhombic dodecahedral crystal habit. The color is very tender and combined with the excellent gemminess make it remarkable specimen from this closed mine. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In superb condition. On acrylic base.
